Background

Here is a quick background of my past lifestyle:

Last year I was the heaviest I have been in my entire life. I was weighing in at close to 190lbs at 5'10. I didn't care what I put in my mouth. From pizza, to subs, chips and chocolate, I didn't care. I was also so busy with work and school by the time I got home at night I was exhausted and would eat anything that sounded good. It also didn't help that I was with someone who ate whatever they wanted and didn't care. I quickly was in a size 14 and even that was getting tight.

My life changed drastically in December when I decided to end a relationship. It was a very hard decision but I knew in my heart it was the way to go. I thought that stress and emotional rollercoaster would cause me to eat more than I did prior. That was not the case. I moved home and was able to curb those habits I once had before. That was not enough though. I wasn't losing the weight and I needed to do something fast.
