Weight Watchers 2/17-3/24

So I started weight watchers February 17th. My starting weight 187lbs. Uhhhh, that hurts saying. Everyone was very nice at the first meeting and the tools they provide were very helpful. I was able to track every meal online and when I went shopping I was able to figure the points out on a calcuator app I downloaded on my phone. My goal- to lose 30 pounds.

I continued losing weight on weight watchers by eating fruits and veggies, 100 calorie packs and the Smart Ones, Lean Cuisine and Healthy choice frozen meals! Now I don't deprive myself of the things I love. I may have a slice or two of pizza a week and maybe one sub...that is no where near the amount of what I use to eat.

The numbers speak for themselves:

2/24   I lost 3.2 lbs.  (183.8)
3/3     I lost 1.2 lbs   (182.6)
3/10   I lost 1.7 lbs   (180.9)
3/17   I lost 3.2 lbs   (177.7)
3/24   I lost 2.2 lbs   (175.5)
